To make this delicious jar stir continuously until jelly consistency forms:
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons coconut yoghurt in passion fruit flavour
1 passion fruit (optional)

Store in the fridge for 3
I have layered it with passion fruit, fresh strawberries and coconut yoghurt blended with handful of strawberries (the pink yoghurt)
