Ingredients:
1 package of Oreo cookies (36 cookies)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 packages (16 oz) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Instructions:
Crush the Oreos: Place all the cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
Combine with Cream Cheese: Mix the cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese together until well combined.
Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Dip in Chocolate: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate. Dip the Oreo balls into the melted chocolate, making sure each ball is fully coated. Place back on the parchment paper.
Chill: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least an hour before serving.
