2 cups fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon white sugar (for strawberries)
3 ⅛ cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
4 large eggs, beaten
1 ¼ cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9×5-inch loaf pans. Toss sliced strawberries with 1 tablespoon sugar.
Dry Mix: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, 2 cups sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
