Perfect summer snack so delicious and easy to make! All you need is four ingredients. I have used super creamy and delicious coconut vanilla yogurt to mix with fresh strawberries and maple syrup. Then I layered it with biscuits to get super yummy frozen strawberry sandwich.
coconut yoghurt is dairy free, packed with probiotics and it’s super creamy and delicious. It also comes in many wonderful flavours and it’s my absolutely fav coconut yogurt!
To make the same you will need following ingredients:
500g vanilla coconut yogurt
1 tablespoons maple syrup
250g fresh strawberries
Packet of square or rectangular biscuits of your choice
Method:
1. Mix together 500g vanilla coconut yogurt with 250g chopped fresh strawberries and 1 tablespoons maple syrup.
2. Line the dish with baking paper
3. Place biscuits upside down on baking paper
4. Spread evenly the coconut mixture on top of biscuits
5. Place biscuits on top of coconut mixture directly on top where biscuits where placed face down
6. Place the dish in the freezer for 8 hours
7. Cut into slice and enjoy
