Funnel Cake Bites

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil for frying
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups milk
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
