Super delicious, full of antioxidants with no added preservatives and we all know how healthy blueberries are!
To make the same:
1. Prepare blueberry syrup by adding to a pan 2 cups frozen wild blueberries, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, juice 1/2 lemon and 1/4 cup water
2. On a low heat cook the blueberries for about 5 minutes
3. Strain the mixture then pour it back to a pot.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of coconut vanilla yogurt and stir until fully dissolved on low heat.
5. Bloom gelatine in water by combining 1/2 cup gelatine in 1 cup of water or use agar agar for vegan option.
6. Add in the gelatine/ agar agar to the blueberry mixture and continue stirring until smooth uniform consistency.
7. Fill up the moulds
8. Place in a fridge for 3-4 hours to set.
