  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup caramel sauce
  • Sliced bananas, caramel sauce, and whole peanuts for garnish
