White Chocolate Velvet Pie 

Ingredients:

1 prepared Oreo crust
1½ cups white chocolate chips
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plus 1/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwaveable bowl, combine white chocolate chips and 1/3 cup heavy cream. Microwave on HIGH for 25 seconds, stir, then heat for another 10 seconds. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
Mix Filling: Beat the cooled chocolate mixture with cream cheese and vanilla using an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
Whip the Cream: In a stand mixer, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 4-6 minutes.
Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly into the Oreo crust.
Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 3-4 hours, or until set.
Serve: Cut into wedges and garnish with fresh fruit if desired right before serving.
