Blueberry Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:

3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tube of crescent roll dough
2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Directions:

Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
Add Filling: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each triangle, then sprinkle fresh blueberries over the top.
Roll: Starting from the wider end, roll up each triangle, enclosing the filling inside.
Bake: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm for a burst of creamy and tangy flavors!
