Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Long Grain Rice, uncooked
14.5 oz can of Beef Broth
10.5 oz can of French Onion Soup
1 stick of Butter, cold
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F to get it ready for the rice.
In an 8×8 inch baking pan, spread the uncooked rice evenly at the bottom.
Pour the beef broth and then the French onion soup over the rice, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
Cut the stick of butter into small pats and distribute them over the top of the rice mixture. This will enhance the flavor as it melts during baking.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, allowing the rice to fully absorb the liquids.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes to slightly crisp the top layer.
Once done, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for added color and freshness. Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
