Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges

Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes

8 slices of bacon

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of ranch mix

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375˚ F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick wedges lengthwise, approximately 8 per potato.

Put the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over them and mix until all of them are coated.

Sprinkle the ranch mix over the potatoes and toss them until they’re coated with the mix.

Cut each slice of bacon in half lengthwise. Wrap each potato wedge with a half slice of bacon.

Place the wrapped potato wedges on the parchment paper. Make sure they are not touching.

Sprinkle pepper over the potatoes.

Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crisp.

Serve hot and enjoy!
