To make this delicious jar stir everything together:
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla coconut yoghurt
.
Store in the fridge for 3-6 hours and the chia pudding will form jelly like consistency
Today I have layered it with coconut vanilla yoghurt strawberries, mango, blueberries and pink pitaya.
