Classic Cheesecake 

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 15 graham crackers)
5 Tbsp granulated sugar
6 Tbsp butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
4 (8oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup (8oz) sour cream, room temperature

Instructions:

Crust Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes then set aside to cool.
Filling Preparation: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in flour, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream just until combined.
Baking: Place the springform pan in a large roasting pan. Fill the roasting pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the springform. Bake at 300°F for 70-80 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
Cooling: Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for 2-3 hours. Then remove, cool to room temperature, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serving: Unmold the cheesecake and serve with your favorite toppings for an unforgettable dessert experience!
