Christmas is around the corner, so let’s get into festive spirit with wonderful teas
Clementine Drizzle Cake tea is bursting with vibrant citrus cake notes, this sensationally seasonal brew comes in a festive feature tin.
It will make an idea Christmas gift or spoil yourself and make this delicious lemon slice with me!
To make this lemon slice you will need:
Clementine Drizzle Cake
1 cup oats
1 cup almonds
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
8 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup coconut desiccated
1 cup cashews
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 tablespoons lemon zest
1 lemon
1 tablespoons corn starch
Icing sugar for decorating
Method:
1. Brew 1 cup Clementine Drizzle Cake
2. Add to your blender or food processor 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of almonds, 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar, 4 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoovanilla essence, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 cup of coconut desiccated.
3. Bled it together until fine mixture forms
4. Pre heat oven at 180C
5. Place the mixture into lined baking form and flatten it.
6. Bake at 180C for 20 min or until edges start becoming golden.
7. Make lemon layer by placing in your blender:
1 cup pre soaked cashews, 2 tablespoons coconut cream, 1 tablespoons lemon zest, juice from 1 lemon, 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 tablespoons corn starch, 4 tablespoons Clementine Drizzle Cake brewed tea.
8. Blend until smooth creamy texture.
9. Place the lemon mixture on top of the crust and bake in the oven for 20 min at 180 C
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 20 min then place it in the fridge for 3 hours
11. Cut the slice into small squares and decorate with icing sugar and lemon slices
