I am totally in love with them and they make a delicious healthy snack. Today I have made them with fresh raspberries. coconut yoghurt is amazing to use if you are planning to make them. coconut yoghurt is super creamy which gives the bites this smooth flavour.
The coconut yoghurt is dairy free, packed with probiotics and it’s super creamy and delicious. It also comes in many wonderful flavours and it’s my absolutely fav 🫶🏼
To make the same mix together:
1 1/2 cups of natural coconut yoghurt
125 g fresh raspberries
1 tablespoons orange zest
1 tablespoons freeze dried raspberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup
On a baking paper add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form clusters.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours
Prepare peanut butter tahini mixture by mixing 3 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of tahini.
Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter tahini mixture on each cluster and place it back in the freezer for 2 hours.
Dip each frozen cluster in melted chocolate and sprinkle freezer dried mandarins on top and return to the freezer for 30 minutes.
Store in the freezer.
