INGREDIENTS
1 lb pizza dough
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400F. Divide the dough into four pieces.
Roll out each piece into a rectangular shape and spread with Caesar dressing. Leave an inch around the sides.
Top each piece with chicken and crumbled bacon, followed by mozzarella cheese and chives.
Roll the dough up and place it on a greased baking sheet. Brush a little of the Caesar dressing on the outside of the dough.
Bake it for 17 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with the shredded parmesan. Bake it for 5-6 more minutes or until golden brown.
