Instructions:
Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream Butter Mixture: Beat butter, sugar, and espresso until combined. Add eggs one at a time.
Combine: Mix buttermilk with vanilla. Alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk to the creamed mixture, starting and ending with flour. Fold in pecans and cranberries.
Bake: Pour batter into the pan, smooth the top, and bake for 60-65 minutes until a tester comes out clean. Cool in the pan, then remove and cool completely.
Glaze: Mix butter, sugar, salt, espresso, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake and sprinkle with pecans and cranberries.
