⅔ cup whole milk

½ tsp almond extract
⅔ cup rainbow sprinkles

16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3-3½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for topping

Directions:
