Keto Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour (100g)
2 medium eggs
4 tablespoons double or heavy cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, very soft
6 tablespoons granulated sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips (50g)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) to warm up while you prepare the cookie dough.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate using a fork. Allow the dough to rest for a few minutes so the almond flour can absorb the moisture properly.
Add Chocolate: Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces or use sugar-free chocolate chips. Stir them into the cookie dough mixture evenly.
Shape Cookies: Using your hands or a spoon, form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently press down each ball to form cookies about ½ cm thick.
