Let’s make delicious baked oats for breakfast! So healthy and delicious

First I used my  Dry Grain container to make oats flour. This container is so good to make your own homemade flours. Personally I use it a lot to make nut flours that I use in my baking. Then I transfer all the ingredients to the standard container. Many of you ask often about my blender type I use. Myself I have Vitamix A3500i Ascent Series blender. I can’t not even imagine living without it as it’s my best friend in my kitchen.

So let’s make this delicious baked oats.You will need following Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup oats
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
2 eggs or flaxseed eggs
¼ cup chocolate drops
¼ cup coconut yoghurt
125g raspberries
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon potato flour.

Method
1. Place to your  Dry Grain container oats and blend at speed 7-8 for 20 seconds to get oat flour (do not over blend to leave some texture)
2. Add to your  blender milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, eggs/flaxseed eggs, cacao powder, oats, baking powder, banana and blend at speed 5-6 for 1 minute.
3. Pre heat over at 180C
4. Pour the blended mixture into oven dishes and sprinkle chocolate drops.
5. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
6. Prepare raspberry sauce by simmering and continually stirring raspberries with maple syrup, potato flour and 1 tablespoon of water for 5 minutes.
7. Serve with coconut yoghurt and raspberries sauce.
