To make the same all you need to do is place in your high speed blender:
500 g vanilla coconut yoghurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut sugar from @powersuperfoods
2 tablespoons Maqui powder from @powersuperfoods
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 frozen pink pitaya (optional)
Fill up the mould leaving space for raspberry layer
Place in the freezer for 2 hours
To make raspberry layer
Place in a blender 1 cup raspberries with 2 tablespoons coconut sugar from @powersuperfoods and juice from 1 lime.
Place blended raspberry syrup on top of frozen layer and place it in the freezer overnight
Dip the frozen ice cream in melted chocolate and sprinkle with toppings of your choice
Place it in the freezer for 5 hours
