Let’s make delicious homemade Christmas Gummies

It make the same gummies you will need:
250g strawberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup cherries
½ pink pitaya
250ml coconut water
½ cup gelatine powder
1 cup water

Method:
1. Add to your  coconut water, maple syrup, strawberries, cherries.
2. Blend the coconut water with fruits at speed 5 for 20-30 seconds until smooth consistency.
3. Strain the blended mixture to remove any small seeds.
4. Cut pink pitaya into cubes and place in a pot with 1 tablespoon of water. Simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat.
5. Strain the pink pitaya mixture.
6. Bloom gelatine in water by combining ½ gelatine in 1 cup water.
7. Transfer 300ml blended strained fruits juice to a pot and heat until warm.
8. Add gelatine and continue stirring until smooth uniform consistency.
9. Fill up the moulds.
10. Place in fridge for 4 hours to set.
