Addition of coconut yogurt to the chia seeds makes it extra creamy and delicious and let’s not forget about wonderful probiotics, which are so good for your digestive system.
coconut yoghurt is dairy free and it comes in many wonderful flavours and it’s my absolutely fav coconut yogurt! Todays I chose to use the vanilla flavour one.
To make this delicious jar stir together until jelly consistency forms:
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons vanilla coconut yogurt
2 cups almond milk + 1 teaspoons matcha powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Store in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.

To make strawberry coconut yogurt (pink yogurt layer) mix:
4 tablespoons of vanilla coconut yogurt
1/4 cup blended strawberries
Later matcha chia seeds pudding with strawberries coconut yogurt, passion fruit and fresh strawberries
