1 yellow cake mix
2 Eggs

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened

4 cups Confectioners’ Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray to keep the paper in place.
In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. The batter will be thick; spread it as evenly as possible into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In another bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing until well combined after each addition.
Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The cake should be set, but still soft underneath. It will sink slightly and the top may crack as it cools.
