Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Add chopped celery, red onion, dill, and parsley to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Gently fold in the cooked shrimp until evenly coated with the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill the shrimp salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with lemon wedges.
