Indulge in these decadent Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Cups, the perfect blend of soft cookie and rich chocolate-peanut butter goodness!
Ingredients:
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
36 unwrapped Reese’s miniature peanut butter cups
Instructions:
Oven Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a miniature muffin tin pan with cooking spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Sugars and Butter: In a larger bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in the vanilla, egg, and milk until well combined.
Combine with Dry Ingredients: Mix in the dry ingredients just until incorporated.
Shape and Bake: Roll the dough into 1″ balls and place each in the muffin tin. Bake for 7-8 minutes until puffy and light in color.
Add Reese’s Cups: Immediately press a Reese’s cup into the center of each cookie cup after baking.
Cool: Let them cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
