Ingredients:
– 4.6 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix (large box)
– 6 ounces strawberry Jello package (large box)
– 3 cups water
– 16 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
– 5 ounces mini marshmallows (half of the 10 ounce bag)
– 3 bananas, sliced
– 2 cups strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, strawberry Jello package, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
2. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the mixture has thickened, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
3. Once the mixture has thickened, beat it with an electric hand mixer until creamy.
4. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, sliced bananas, and sliced strawberries until well combined.
5. Chill the salad for about an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
