This delicious homemade magnum ice cream

Known as Peruvian ginseng, red maca is traditionally used to nourish and support female hormone balance and male prostate health and is also taken for stamina, mood, libido, menopause, bone density, circulation, skin health and overall vitality.

To make the same magnums you will need the following ingredients:
2 cups of cashews
1 can of coconut milk (chilled)
2 tablespoons  Red Maca powder
4 tablespoons  Cacao powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 passion fruits
200g chocolate drops
1/2 cup silvered almonds
1/2 cup Power Superfoods Lucuma Nibs

1. Soak for 3 hours 2 cups of cashews
2. Add to your high speed blender pre soaked cashews, coconut milk including the creamy top part, cacao powder, Red Maca powder and maple syrup.
3. Blend until smooth consistency
4. Add 1/4 cup chocolate drops and mix together
5. Fill up the mould and place in freezer for 3 hours
6. Pour on top of frozen layer of magnums 2 tablespoons of passion fruit each or enough to cover the top layer.
7. Place the moulds bake in the freezer overnight
8. Dip the frozen magnums in melted chocolate, then sprinkle almonds and cacao nibs on top.
9. Place it back in the freezer
