To make the same you will need following ingredients:
1kg potatoes
1 zucchini
300g white cabbage
1 white onion
1 ½ cups parsley
2 eggs
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons extra
Method:
1. Peel the potatoes.
2. Cut onion into quarters and zucchinis into smaller chunks.
3. Turn on your at speed 4 and drop onions one at a time, allowing blender to chop them followed by parsley and blend and zucchinis.
4. Place the mixture on a strainer to remove the moisture.
5. Turn on your Vitamix at speed 4 and drop potatoes one by one, use your tamper if necessary.
6. Place the potato mixture on a strainer and squeeze out the moisture out of potatoes. You can also use clean towel for this.
7. Turn on your Vitamix at speed 4 and drop pieces of cabbage one by one to chop it.
8. Place in a bowl strained potatoes, zucchini, parsley, onion and cabbage.
9. Add to your eggs and blend at speed 2 for 20 seconds.
10. Pour the egg mixture on top of veggies and add potato starch, salt and pepper and mix it all together.
11. Add extra virgin olive oil to a non-stick frying pan and heat it up.
12. Place scoops of mixture on heated frying pan and flatten the mixture slightly.
13. Fry on low heat for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
14. Serve with yoghurt mixed with shredded cucumber.
